3-Minute Oatmeal with Berries

  • ½ cup of old fashioned rolled oats
  • Dash of salt
  • ½ – ¾ cup of water (or just enough water to cover the oats in a cereal bowl)
  • 1/3 tsp. of butter
  • ½ cup of fresh berries of your choice
  • 1 tsp. of agave or honey (preferably raw honey)*

* This is an optional ingredient that you may skip


Combine oats, water and dash of salt in a cereal bowl. Microwave it for 1 minute or a little longer if the water doesn’t get fully absorbed by oats. Remove from microwave and mix in the butter. Then add berries and drizzle agave or honey on top. Your power breakfast made from scratch is ready in just 3 minutes!!!
